With the ripples of this pandemic extending for months, we find ourselves living in times of rapid change and uncertainty, but we have the means to stay above the fray. This presentation looks at a rock-solid approach to navigating the winds of change (and the rapids they create in our lives) to stay “above the fray.” In this upbeat and inspiring presentation, participants will learn/remember the core aspects of resiliency to cope with stress, and engage in effective ways to stay above the fray in a concise effective strategy allowing one to adapt to these changes effectively including humor, optimism and courage.  Each participant will take away several effective coping and relaxation skills for their personal self-care toolbox.

Brian Luke Seaward, Ph.D. is an internationally renowned expert in the fields of stress management, mind-body-spirit healing and stress and human spirituality.
